DISCLAIMER! By being this a review of the fourth season of the anime, you could find spoilers of the previous seasons even in the synopsis. Read the article at your discretion.

A beam of light, fired from an orbital satellite at the end of their fierce battle, forced Hiroto and his teammates to face the possibility that the planet Eldora where they have been battling doesn’t just exist within the network game Gunpla Battle Online (GBN), but is part of the real world. For a time, this realization brought the Build Divers to a halt.
However, their bond with Freddie and the other people of Eldora, who fought with them against the One-eyes, brings Hiroto, Kazami, May, and Parviz back together again. To find Masaki Shido, the Diver whose consciousness is still trapped on Eldora… To discover the true nature of Alus, the mysterious leader of the One-eyes… And most of all, to save Freddie and their other precious comrades. There is still a remaining “mission” they must clear on Eldora. With the power of their newly built Gunpla, the true battle of the second Build Divers will now begin.

I was waiting so impatiently for this second season that I was so happy once it arrived! So excited to know what was going to happen next in the series that I profoundly hated the first episode for being a recap of what happened in the previous season.

After that it still takes 2-3 more episodes before the story restarts to pick up and begins answering the unresolved questions of the first season.

With this second part you start to understand better the timelines between Re: Rise, Build Divers and Gundam Build Fighter Try and that they all are parts of the same universe… Some of the episodes also are really pure fanservice for the fans of the other series.

There are two parts that I particularly appreciated: the first is the “snipers” episode, while the second is the part dedicated to Hiroto’s past.

The fights and the new gunplas are really amazing, but I still don’t appreciate Eldora as a setting.

The final battle was really epic and hyped me a lot! If you already watched the original Build Divers series, the last episodes will be a joy for your eyes!
I really hope they will do more anime about Gunplas and also more anime in the universe of Build Divers!
